Where to log in

• South Africa users typically access login via the official ZA domain (check the padlock/HTTPS and correct spelling).

Resetting your password

1. Click “Forgot Password”.
2. Enter your registered mobile number or email.
3. Enter the OTP sent to you.
4. Create a strong new password (avoid birthdays or simple sequences).

If you don’t get an OTP:

• Wait 2–5 minutes and re-request.
• Check SMS permissions or email spam.
• Ensure your phone has network coverage.
